By creating an account or using TaskFlow in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using TaskFlow on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide a valid email address and a secure password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Each account must represent one individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

The TaskFlow name, logo, design system, and all underlying software are the intellectual property of TaskFlow and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of the content you create within the platform (tasks, descriptions, comments, notes). By using TaskFlow, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Your data is stored securely via Firebase (Google Cloud). We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, stored, and used.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any data you consider critical. While we take reliability seriously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of your data.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued service becomes technically or legally impractical.
TaskFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskFlow and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TaskFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
